I am not positive if it is required, but I always included it in my setup. I create a zip file distribution by doing a full build and then sending the FlexWiki.Web directory and all contents to a FlexWiki.zip file and then remove all files and directories from namespace (and my content -used for upload). I then remove the config files and then copy it to my web server and unzip into the virtual directory.
