I just committed the changes that cache HasPermission. Everything in the
pipeline than *can* be cached is now being cached.if we want to do better
than this our optimizations are going to have to get more clever.
These changes are in build 2.0.0.115. I don't think I'm going to get a
chance to run my perf tests today, but those of you that have been following
along at home, feel free to try it out and tell me if it makes any
difference. (I really hope it does - it's going to start getting harder from
here.)
