Hi Bert,
_NormalBorders is the name of a topic, not the name of a file in your
installation. With FlexWiki running, just type "_NormalBorders" in the topic
bar to change to that topic. Then you can tweak the contents to change the
borders for your installation.
Without checking I can't be sure, but I don't think you can get a "/"
character in a topic title.
