Derek is right: _NormalBorders is a topic, not strictly a file. It's a
special topic, though: whereas most topics you create will always have a
file with a .wiki extension associated with them (usually in a child of the
Namespaces folder), _NormalBorders and HomePage are special in that there's
a "built-in" version of them always available. As soon as you edit either of
them via the web interface, you'll see your version appear as a file.

A bit of both, frankly. The documentation is typical for an open-source
project, in other words.

Hmm. Vandalism (intentional and inadvertent) is definitely a real problem. I
imagine the information is still there somewhere. Perhaps someone else on
this list can figure out what's up.

As far as information for how to run the wiki, like I said, the
documentation isn't great. That said, there are a fair number of informative
pages scattered around www.flexwiki.com, and this list is a good place to
ask questions.

Sorry, nope. Slashes are not legal characters in topic names. Neither are
dots. And in general it's harder to deal with any topic name that doesn't
follow the PascalCaseNamingConvention, since linking becomes manual, not
automatic.
