I have created a blog entry describing how to create a new css filed base on
the Chocolate CSS. The effort takes less than 30 minutes. I give a link to a
color palette site that is easy to use, a link to a gradient image maker and
another table of color mappings just for the Chocolate --> New Css. The
instructions are in JohnDavidsonBlog at [1]. However I recommend visiting
the blog entry at [2] as well as I have created a new Olive CSS that can be
viewed there.
