Using SQL Server, can I manually create the table? What fields need installed
(etc...)? Shouldn't that be the simplest method?
Also, the MSSQL Server that I have is on a different server. Installing SQL
Server Express on my own server is not an option because my server does not
have the power and I won't be upgrading to a new server for about a year.
