Hi Peter
You need to run at least build 2.0.0.200 as there was a critical fix and a
new version of the SqlStore create scripts to handle TopicLocking.
Are you using SQL2005? The user NETWORK Service needs to be added to SQL2005
as a user and then granted permissions in the SQLStore database using the
SQL Enterprise Manager. You do not need file level permissions on the mdf or
ldf for these users. ASPNET is only used if you are running other than a
Windows Server, i.e XP or Vista.
