For me it wouldn't be an option because i realy don't know in what 
situation i would be by then :(

Well, since the first contact is made it wouldn't be a problem to ask I 
gueass. So if you are willing to go, please ggo ahead and ask Robert.

I think it would be best to handle the contact from one single person 
from now on (probably one of the guys who want's to go).
