..does the sim planes free-fall onto the runway, or can they 
"be lowered onto the runway/parkingplace/platform/etc" from a
"code steel rope sling" of some sort, slowly enough? 

..high enough free-falls triggers mishap code, right?

..just prelim fix ideas, the "correct" way I guess is get 
altitudes etc right...  Still learning...
