It might also be worth saying that our terrain data was produced from the raw PEDR tab file data (A 14gig download I think) and interpolated to 30 arc seconds (i.e. about 1/120 degree), jeez that took a while (just the terragear stage took 4 days on a 20 processor Sparc enterprise and 30 Sparc 5's!!)
