NO. It needs #include "Main/fg_props.hxx" like every other files that

I already submitted a fix to David M to correct problems like this but
new lines have just been added.
>From a strict C++ point of view, I seems to be strange that one want to
delete CONST strings ( const strings are not supposed to be changed ! )
and that a compiler (g++) allows it !
I am preparing another patch to correct those liberties with the standard.
