It seems that the recent changes related to the airspeed instrumentation have affected the --vc option. If I start with --vc=100, JSBSim gets passed 92.885 knots. Including instrumentation error is fine, but I have a hard time believing 7 knots of error (relative to calibrated) at cruise angles of attack and small sideslip angles.
I'd also advocate adding a --ias option for this and continue to allow --vc to set calibrated airspeed. It is for that reason that I chose to use --vc instead of --ias when I added that a while back. -- Tony Peden [EMAIL PROTECTED] We all know Linux is great ... it does infinite loops in 5 seconds. -- attributed to Linus Torvalds _______________________________________________ Flightgear-devel mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://mail.flightgear.org/mailman/listinfo/flightgear-devel
