Ground elevation problems ... I'm starting at KHAF (because it illustrates the problem pretty well.) I'm using the A4, but the problem is with any aircraft.
I uncommented the in YASim that prints the ground elevation that the FDM receives. Starting out on the ground inside the cockpit, YASim is recieving a ground elevation of 23.6503. Switching to the first external view this stays about the same. Switching to the Tower view, the ground suddenly is reported at -39.3645 and the FDM quickly reports a severe impact with the ground. Anyone have any idea what is going on here? This clearly is not right. I think we get away with it at KSFO because everything is pretty flat over a large area, but KHAF has a lot of terrain change. Anyone familiar with the view code who would like to take a look at this?
