Looks like the tower is on a different tile.  This _was_ working.  In main.cxx
the call to get the FDM's elevation in the main loop isn't working. For some
reason it is now referencing the scenery center for the view (the published
scenerycenter) instead of the tile center that is stored in the FGLocation
instance for the FDM's location.

Maybe someone knows why this would be broken now.  If I get a minute I'll take
a look.
