That seems unusually large. Don't the faces just have a lot of solid colors with a little aliasing (they are very nice by the way!)? How much do they compress? FWIW the xcf files will generally compress in the 60% - 80% range with gzip. Maybe we should gzip or bzip2 the ones in cvs?
