OK, I've committed an emergency fix - perhaps you could test again when Minnesota wakes up and let me know if it's OK now... FWIW, it was a function to determine whether the plane was on the active runway or not which was taking up the time, which explains the post saying the hit went away once a certain distance from KSFO was attained.
