Yes, but that does not explain why spoiler up and down cannot be on one key. :-)
The (lingering) point being that with the j/k (or -=) keys it's easy to flip back and forth much like one can easily throttle up and down w/ the throttle control. I thought about turning the throttle control into a spoiler control, but I did not think that would get much support for it. ;)
