I get the impression that airliners in particular can deploy some or all the spoilers. Is that true?
Yes. For flightgear I prefer to use a toggle because I don't have a visual indication of the spoilers' actual position, so it would be too easy to leave them partially extended.
We should plan on having them not be a toggle though which would indicate a two key binding. The lack of visual indicators will be addressed at some point.
I thought you were talking about two (or more) sets of spoilers on an aircraft. Is that common?
