No -- it is far easier to use the mouse in yoke mode (hold down the
left button and slide the mouse left and right for rudder deflection).
I can even takeoff and land the Cub using the mouse as yoke and rudder
control.

When I have a joystick or yoke attached, I use the mouse for view --
it's very easy, as long as you use a 3D cockpit, since you can just
press the left button to snap back forward.  When I am using the mouse
as the primary flight control, I use the keyboard for view.
