There was some discussion at one point and it was decided that in chase view
the camera would stay put as far as roll and pitch were concerned.  That
actually seems about right to me.

I don't see any reason not to add a 6th view if folks want the camera to roll
and pitch.

Also, the damping is a really good idea.  Maybe the altitude should be damped
as well?
