When I started trying to build FlightGear with GCC(2.95) I first had to deal with a bunch of compiler errors. GCC on IRIX/MIPS simply was not able to deal with the C++ code. There are still issues even with current releases: Simple example: You can build N64 binaries of several GNU programs with GCC-3.3, but you still can't build GCC-3.3 N64 binaries with GCC (I managed to do this with GCC-2.95.x), Martin. -- Unix _IS_ user friendly - it's just selective about who its friends are ! -------------------------------------------------------------------------- _______________________________________________ Flightgear-devel mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://mail.flightgear.org/mailman/listinfo/flightgear-devel
