In JSBSim we have reverse thrust and spoilers available. In JSBSim you can specify the TSFC. The manufacturer's reported TSFC value is usually the "cruise" value, meaning about mach 0.8 and thirty-something thousand feet. It actually varies a little based on altitude and speed, but this is not modeled.
