Our initial intent was to be new-user friendly, but maybe in today's
day and age, automatically bouncing non-members is acceptable.  A year
or two ago it was less acceptable, but the spam problem continues to
intensify and hopefully most people would understand.

We have a new volunteer to try out moderator duties so we'll see how
it goes.
