It's just a terminology problem, not a flight-modelling problem -- it
sucks using /controls/engines/engine[0]/throttle (or whatever) to
manipulate the collective, but the alternative is to have separate
Joystick bindings for helos.  Ditto for using a control named "rudder"
for the anti-torque rotor.  In the actual model, the anti-torque rotor
seems to do what you'd expect, i.e. you can hover and turn circles in
either direction.
