Hmmmm...yes I noticed the altitude when checking it and the engine gauges on the suspicion that the aircraft wasn't really flying. It had to have been taken by the captain. The flash lighting against the pretty decent outside view made me wonder. All and all it's a pretty nice shot before the kid pasted in.
