[Flightgear-devel] next release

I have a bit of time this afternoon so I'm going to try to get the 
"official" SimGear-0.3.5 and FlightGear-0.9.4 rolled out.  I plan to 
give the mirrors a day or two to catch up and maybe hope for a windows 
build before make an official announcement.
