I also found out that we have in many menus an "ok" button and an "apply" button, for example like in the Weather conditions menu, but when i change something in the Weather condition menu, then i can press "ok" and then the change gets applied.
But when pressing "ok" is enough to change something why
do we need a second "apply" button?
From a usability point of view two buttons that do the same thing make no sense.
To me this makes perfect sense. The apply button is to test the settings without leaving the dialog box. The Ok button is to accept the settings and go on.
