Now we can set fuel levels in the tanks I want to use a single fdm for both the 'clean' A-10 and the 'ferry' configuration with external tanks.
De-selecting the external tanks on the model, depending on the --aircraft param, is straight forward and I can zero the levels once FG has started but setting the tank levels to zero in the 'set' file doesn't seem to work. I guess this might be because the fdm is initialised after the stuff in the 'set' file has been read and actioned, overriding the zeroing of the levels. Is there any way around this?
