IFF (not a typo) the nose of the aircraft is coincident with (0,0,0) in structural coordinates, yes, your statement is true. Otherwise, wherever the nose tip is located in the structural frame - that's the VRP.

It should be 0,0,0 for all aeromatic initiated aircraft at least. It would like to have it somewhere else for my (hand created) aircraft like the F-16, F-15 and F-104.
