It starts exactly the way it says in the POH.

Magneto switches to on, advance throttle a little, press start button, keep
pressed until engine fires.

If it fails to fire, re-index the Coffman starter by pulling the ringpull,
then try again. You have 6 cartridges.

To stop, pull the cut-off ring pull.
