I'll try to do somethink like that when I'll found some time. My goal is to use FG to display data on 2D panel in full screen mode.
But behind I expect the plane moving in space really, not my goal but perhaps it will do what you want. Anyway this request to create or update an FDM (Fligth Model) in source it's the folder FDM. at start FG use one of FDM class. FDM receive data from input (yoke, keyboard) and update plane position vitess, attitude, etc.. But some FDM class do nothing except receiving data from network or pipe. inside one of this class you can receive data from your "real" plane, and update FG plane data. In a first step I'll do somethink like this to connect to flight game IL2. Latter I'll try to remove all environment, because I need only the 2D pannel... but you don't need this step.
