Not in submodels. I don't think I see the relevance for ballistic objects.

BTW, I've finished and tested the update to submodels: we can now switch off
aerodynamic alignment to the trajectory. You need this:

<aero-stabilised>false</aero-stabilised>

in your submodels.xml file.
