Hi Jon,

Once more, do not make general statements, based on a few examples.

There are _many_ FCS's out there, not using input you just described. Fore examples, take a look at the "Flight control and simulation", the book with examples that are completely based on F16 dynamics.

Steven's and Lewis? F-16? I don't know what Steven's and Lewis are saying (I'll take a look later today), but I *am* referring to the F-16 as _one_ example, and I was referring to the manufacturer's (General Dynamics) FCS diagrams, not a textbook interpretation. The manufacturer's diagrams show stick force as input.

I don't mean to say that this is necessarily a standard, or that it is always this way, or even usually this way, but it makes sense and is easy to work with. Can you give an example of an alternative approach? I am curious.

Jon
