A Piper owner trying to have is PA-28-201 (Arrow) repaired managed to get this concrete information from Piper:
Dear Sir:
There is not an off-set of the vertical fin or the stabilator on the
PA28R-201. The fin is should be vertical to center line and the stablilator
should be horizontal to the ground when the aircraft is straight and level.
The only off-set would be the wing twist and the engine is off set by
approximately 3 degrees to the right of center and approximately 4 degrees
down.
Excellent stuff. This is quite easy to adjust in JSBSim.
