If you're going this path (and it certainly does look good) then you might want to consider removing the command-line textbox altogether. It might look a bit daunting for a new user.
Is there another path ? At least people are able to see immediately the result of their actions as the text is refresh in realtime.
Well, the aim is to get it more intuitive for Windows users. The could care less about the command-line option.
I can also consider putting the text box in the Advanced section
That might not be a bad idea, but only showing it when a user selects it.
