The sweep in YASim is measured at the chord mid-point.
At least that's what I've been using:)
It corresponds with the wing location definition and I vaguely remember this topic coming up a long time ago.

Thanks. I think I was originally assuming something like that. I'll change the numbers back to what they should be, not that it will make a whole lot of difference until I can get the segfaults to stop.
