I agree, we already have to model radios, so if people want to talk, let
them talk on the radios. Type a message and whoever is on your freq gets
that text the same way they would get it from ATC. The only problem I
see is that inexperienced players might not have their radios set
properly. Perhaps a hint from the server about what the local ATC freq
is would be enough to solve that.
