Although I have personally abandoned MSVC6
in favour of MSVC7.1, ALL should be possible
with MSVC6 - again, my pages -

MSVC6 ... trials and tribulations ...
Maybe I too will try it again, but
AFTER I experiment with cygwin, my next
trial ... ;=)) but I know of another recent
person that has compiled, and run FG using
MSVC6 ... he too had problems with openAL,
but got through PLIB, SG and FG ;=))
