Sorry, this doesn't fly. This would be "GPL with added restriction",
and that contradicts the GPL and is, thus, unlawful. GPL'ed software
can *of course* be distributed commercially (i.e. sold). It doesn't
need to be allowed explicitly, nor can it be forbidden. Or it isn't
GPL. Nothing wrong with selling fgfs fore *one* *billion* *dollars*.
Or ARToolKit.

MB probably mistakes "commercial" for "closed". He can double/triple/...
license his code, so that under one of the licenses distribution of
modified versions without source code would be allowed. Trolltech
is doing that with Qt.

But being a Groklaw reader, you probably knew that.  :-)
