Heh, no! I know that article since a while, but I have not the least to do with it. Honestly! What really happened: I told them that their EU membership talks would immediately be stopped (the page is hosted in Bucharest/Romania) if they wouldn't remove the watermarks. The Romanian ambassador stopped by with a bottle of potato distillate and apologized ... the rest is history. Ok, ok.
