These are probably fine - the one I'd be most interested in is side-panel.xml. I have made this mistake in the past: Assuming that if I had a hotspot panel <w>500 and <h>1000, that the single <instrument> of the same <w> and <h> containing the hotspot "actions" should be placed at <x>=0 and <y>=0. In other words, I assumed that the <instrument> placement was by its lower left corner i.e. 0,0. This is apparently not the case - it's placed by its centre, i.e. in the case above <x>250</x> and <y>500</y>. I'm sorry if the above isn't clear - but if you post the contents of side-panel.xml we may be able to better see what's wrong.
