I have spent many hours trying to get my Scroll
wheel to work with some key functions in FlightGear, (i.e. Such as control of
the Harrier Thrust Vector Nossels in FG) it seems that FG cannot see the Scroll
wheel, I am not a programmer but I thought the following information might
help with future releases of fg at least in windows version's. Considering it
took me all night to find this document I hope someone can find it of
use?
It seems that the Scroll wheel is not seen because
it is not mapped to a button id, it uses a Z Value instead?
According to the above document the wheel motion
can be adapted to a button function but this requires some knowledge on registry
editing and im not feeling competent enough to tackle this as it looks rather
complex. Maybe someone can make a windows registry patch file for users like
myself who are stuck?
