Oh, there wasn't really a "problem", other than data/cvs is meant
to be prepared for the next release. And for that I'm always
searching for things that can be cleaned up. And things that can
be done generically and globally shouldn't be repeated in the
single model dirs when there's no convincing reason. We are already
fighting with enough with oodles of copies of aar.nas, fuel.nas
and other files. But ...

... if you want the ki-84 in CVS in a version that works with 0.9.10,
then we could also revert that patch, tag the aircraft with
"0.9.10-compatible" (or something), and only remove the key bindings
in CVS/HEAD. This would neither cause much work, nor use up more space
in CVS than a few hundred bytes.

BTW: the ki-84 is a really beautifully done model!
