Hi,

Bit of an odd request...

I'm looking to add the ability to draw both a cloud at the top of a thermal,
and a visualised version of the thermal (a bit like the visualised airspace
shown in this picture
http://www.flightgear.org/Gallery-v0.9.10/Link/airspace01.html)

At the moment you can set the cloud layers up so that they are 'acceptable'
for the thermal scenario (i.e. the clouds are of the right type, and at the
right height), but strictly speaking there should be a cloud at the top of
each thermal - which would be more realistic, and make the thermals easier
to detect.

I've looked through the cloud making code (all a bit complicated...) but I'm
not sure of the best way to go about it.

In essence what I would like to do is create an additional 'thermal' layer
of clouds, where instead of the clouds being generated randomly, they are
placed specifically over the locations of the thermals - I just wondered if
you guys had any suggestions on the best way to go about it? And where I
should add the code to do this?

Thanks,

Loz
