I don't think it's a trademark issue at all. We aren't "using" the
trademark for anything, we are only depicting reality. Just like
when you make a photo of your refrigerator, and there's a can of
Coka Cola in it. You can sell that photo without violating trade
marks. Or if you paint that and sell it. You don't violate their
trademark by that. It's a different matter if you harm their
business with it. When our simulated 747 tends to explode for
no good reason, and lawyers decide that this damages Boeing's
image, then there might be a problem.
