Ask the people at the aerospace institute at your local university ....
well, the university that has a wind tunnel and is considerable close
to your place should be Stuttgart. They have a pretty good reputation
for doing wind tunnel tests with airfoils in model-aircraft size.
BUT, the piece that I hope to bring will be just a few centimetres
short. The most valuable approach should be to compare the shape of the
foil with similar samples in the literature where the performance data
is already published.
