My plan is to put up a new Win32 build for both plib and OSG versions at 
least every week, so it's probably better to offer this URL:

http://139.78.95.188/flightgear/builds/

For the record, neither mine nor the other builds are complete distribution 
packages for Windows, just binaries... no installer, no data (and in my OSG 
case, maybe not even all the correct DLLs to make it run :( working on that).
