Update on these two bugs.

The 2nd bug is there for either --enable-sdl or --enable-osgviewer in
the current cvs, but with neither option (just freeglut), all the
keyboard bindings work as in version 1.0.

Concerning the first bug; If I choose any 4:3 values in --geometry=
..., then the window is not distorted. If I drag the corner of the
window so that the aspect ratio is preserved, no distortion. But if I
drag so that the aspect ratio is changed, I get a corresponding
distortion. Dragging so as to fill the screen is the same as clicking
on the square to maximize the window and both give the distortion.
However, it seems to me that anyone (even with a 4:3 monitor) can
replicate this bug by setting the geometry to a non 4:3 value or by
dragging the window boundary. Note that in version 1.0 or the plib
branch, dragging the window boundaries does not distort the view. It
results in the vertical and horizontal fov both being adjusted so as the
view is not distorted. In the osg branch, it seems to me that the
verital and horizontal fov are simply scaled the same which results in
the distortion. I have looked in the source to try and find where this
is happening to no avail. But I am still just learning c++. Can
someone help me chase this down?
