This belongs into fg_metar.cxx,
I meant only the temperature thing. The switch belongs to the precipitation module, of course. :-) And just because temperature is under 0 degree doesn't mean that rain comes as snow, does it? If METAR reports rain then it's rain. Period. Modifying logic is only required and *welcomed* for determining whether snowing means that the terrain is snow covered, which can't usually be said from a typical METAR message (unless there's runway data describing snow height). m. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Moblin Your Move Developer's challenge Build the coolest Linux based applications with Moblin SDK & win great prizes Grand prize is a trip for two to an Open Source event anywhere in the world http://moblin-contest.org/redirect.php?banner_id=100&url=/ _______________________________________________ Flightgear-devel mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/flightgear-devel
