Syncing the code is relatively straightforward - I maintained a local
JSBSim/CVS in FlightGear/CVS branch for a year and a half and it wasn't
particularily difficult or work intensive (I synced the trees daily
or on each JSBSim/CVS update).

The work intensive part would be to keep the aircraft FDM configs updated
by finding and fixing regressions (some of which could be subtle).

I can help with keeping JSBSim/CVS in FlightGear updated, but not so
much with the semantics of the aircraft FDM configs - I fly[*] so few
aircraft and so little time that I wouldn't know what's right or wrong
behaviour for most aircraft.

Cheers,

Anders
[*]in FlightGear - IRL I don't fly anything at all.
